Frequently asked
I don't have any 'good' photos. Can I still make something nice?
Yes. The templates do most of the work — even a casual phone shot in good lighting prints great on a poster or in a photo book. The Art Director (our auto-design tool) is also free to try if you want help.
Is there a student discount?
Sign up with a .edu email and get 15% off your first order. We also waive the design fee on grad-gift orders (cap & gown posters, four-year photo books).
Can I ship to a dorm?
Yes. We ship to any U.S. address including dorms, apartments, and PO boxes. Orders typically arrive in 5-7 business days.
What about co-creating with a roommate / friend?
You can share a design link to collaborate. Both of you can upload photos to the same project; one person checks out. (Co-billing not supported yet.)
